Balanced Pet Training
Group Classes
Our group classes offer a wide range of commands that you can learn and teach to your dog. There are three different courses for you and your pup to advance your training together: basics, intermediate, and advanced. Each course is one hour, once a week for 6 weeks.

In the basics class, we work on our basic commands such as sit, down, come, stay, heel, and much more. All 6 weeks are held in a large park.
​
In the intermediate class, we start the beginning stages of an off leash recall at the park. Weeks 3 and 4 are held in pet friendly stores such as Home Depot and Lowes to work on public obedience and manners. Week 5 we go to an easy trail to work on recall and heel with more difficult distractions. Week 6 is back at the park for review and graduation.

In the advanced class, we kick off the first two weeks at the park to work more on their off leash recall, with more difficult distractions. We also teach an off leash heel. Week 3 we head back to Home Depot to further their public obedience and to work on an off leash heel and recalls. Week 4 we go to other pet-friendly stores like Ross, Petmart and Tj Maxx for some tougher distractions. Week 5 we go to Dying Breed Brewery to work on their LONG down stays. Finally, week 6 we go to Knights Ferry for a hike and graduation.

Private Sessions
Private sessions are made to be specifically tailored to you and your pups' needs. Privates are great if you have crazy schedules and cannot commit to weekly group classes or if your dog is not ready to be around other people and dogs. We would work around both ours and the client's schedule. Privates are typically held in the client's home, or at a local park or store. We offer 3 or 5 hour packages which most clients split up to one hour, once a week.

3 hour package $225
5 hour package $350

Deposits
The 3 hour package requires a $50 deposit due at booking and the 5 hour package requires an $80 deposit.
The remainder is due by the first session.
All deposits are non-refundable and can be rescheduled 2 times. The third time will require a new deposit to be sent.

Board and Train
Board and trains are where the dog would stay with us for a minimum of 2 weeks for 24/7 training. B&Ts are specifically tailored to the dog's needs. The longer the list of commands and behaviors that they need to work on, the longer the dog would need to stay.

+ additional $250 to any package for ecollar training (optional)

Deposits
Deposit of $100 is required at booking.
The remainder is due by drop-off.
All deposits are non-refundable and can be rescheduled 2 times.
The third time will require a new deposit to be sent.

Please bring the following for your pet's training bootcamp:
-Crate and bed or blankets
-Food bowls
-Enough food for the duration of the stay
-Any specific food scoop if applicable
-Toys and treats or chews
-Normal gear such as collar, harness, leash etc
-Any medicine if applicable

*NOTE* Your dog's food MUST be separated by each individual meal into ziploc bags. You will only need to label AM/PM if the food is different for each mealtime, if the food is the same for everything, then you do not need to label them. Please add any supplements/medicine to their corresponding bag. Storing the food in bags keeps them fresher longer and keeps us from having open bags all over the place. Thank you!

We will now be limiting our boarding (both vacation and training) to 6 dogs total at a time so if you are thinking about a B&T, let us know as soon as possible so we can get you on the schedule sooner!

Dog Boarding
Are you going on vacation or need somewhere to leave your dogs for a few days? We offer basic dog boarding and a peace of mind. Your dog or dogs can run around and play on our two acres, or they can sit and relax the day away. We make sure they are well fed and cared for so you don't have to worry about your fur babies.

Prices
$50 per day per dog
$40 per day for each additional dog
$35 per day for past board and train students

Deposits
Deposit of $50 due at booking, the remainder is due by drop off.

Please bring the following for your pet's mini vacation:
